Did you know most herbs flowers are also edible? Experience yourself the dimension that edible flowers can add to your dishes! To start with all edible herbs that flower are also edible. They have the same flavor as the leaves but a bit milder. Learn about other tasty flowers that are safe to eat. A tulip stuffed with chicken salad for a lovely early spring meal? During this program you'll learn about the many tasty flowers that are safe to eat. Leave inspired to not only grow these delicacies but how they can brighten any dish with the beauty of the unexpected! Bring a bagged lunch!

About Judith M. Graves: Judith’s interest in herbs started in 1970 when she moved into a circa 1763 mini farm with her husband and three children. Her life has been full from teaching kindergarten for 22 years, running an antique shop, holding Victorian teas, participating in garden tours and so much more. From 1989 – 2009 she started and ran an herbal product business called Lambs & Thyme from Richmond, NH. Between it all Judith some how fit in writing two books titled, “Organizing Everything” and “Gathered Muse For the Five Seasons...Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Holidays.” As well as two booklets titled, “Have you Ever Lost A Child” and “Speaking To Others.” Today Judith travels with her husband sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
