Poppy’s popular radio program on Louisiana Public Broadcasting was named the Best National AND Best Regional Radio Program by the Taste Awards in April, 2018. She describes herself as a Culinary Activist.

The Epicurean Award-winning chef at the Crowne Plaza Hotel has created a menu especially for the Herb Society of America, everything from a special Raspberry Sage Smash cocktail when we gather informally on Friday night, October 5, to herb-inspired breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, October 6.
