Sense and Sensibility, The Perfection of Peonies presented by the Grosse Pointe Unit
This event includes a lecture by Dr. David C. Michener, a luncheon, and book signing. Dr. Michener is the curator at the University of Michigan Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum in Ann Arbor overseeing the rejuvenation of the largest public collection of historic peonies in North America.
Dr. Michener’s new book, Peony: The Best Variety for Your Garden is available for sale at Amazon, Barnes & Noble or BooksaMillion.
Tickets for the event are $40 and must be purchased by 3/19/18. Tickets will not be available at the door.
A vegetarian option is available for lunch.
