"Making Herb Jelly and Jam," presented by Jeannie Seabrook from the Glass Rooster Cannery. Learn to use the fruits of the herb garden to preserve the summer's bounty while enjoying herbal refreshments. A garlic jelly will be prepared and suggestions for serving will be presented, a tasting to follow.
