The NorthEast Seacoast Unit presents, Herbal Remedies for Pain Relief Are you looking for relief from backache, arthritis, headaches or sore stiff muscles? Join us as herbalist and author, Stephanie Tourles, discusses soothing herbal remedies that will help ease the pain. She will highlight fifteen herbs from her best-selling book, Hands-On Healing Remedies, which help promote pain relief, comfort and healing. Learn how these aromatic, topically-applied herbal remedies are made and used. Samples will be available for everyone to experience. In addition Stephanie will be offering her books for sale. Stephanie L. Tourles has been practicing and teaching healthy living for more than thirty years. She is a licensed holistic esthetician with a strong background in Western and Ayurvedic herbalism, has extensive training in the nutritional sciences, and is an avid organic gardener. She works as an herbalist-educator, writer, skin care product formulator, and an "herbal reflexologist", and is the author of over twelve books on the topics of natural, chemical-free skin, foot, and body care; raw food nutrition; topically-applied herbal medicine; herbal insect repellents; and herbal love potions.
