Herb Fair 2017 Western Reserve Herb Society

2017 HERB FAIR, presented by the Western Reserve Herb Society, a unit of The Herb Society of America
WHEN: Saturday, October 14th 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. WHERE: Cleveland Botanical Garden, 11030 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio
Ten Herb Fair Booths including culinary, bakery, wreaths and dried arrangements, herbal teas, sweets and savories, cards and gifts, garden market, tussie mussies, and a new booth "Everything Lavender".
Herbal workshops: Make your own herbal vinegar, aromatherapy spray, lavender scrub.
"Ask the Experts" table will be available with all the answers you need for herbal gardening, cooking and blending questions!
2017 Herb of the Year, "Cilantro" and discover how to grow and use this versatile herb in cooking and herb blends. They will also learn about cilantro's "alter ego" - coriander!
Free educational program “Conversations from the Stillroom” at 12:00 noon by our speaker, Beth Schreibman-Gehring.
Guided garden tours of our world renowned Herb Garden in the heart of the Cleveland Botanical Garden.
Proceeds from the Herb Fair support Western Reserve horticulture scholarships, our Herb Garden and educational opportunities for our community. The Herb Fair is open and free to the public with regular Cleveland Botanical Garden admission.
Credit cards will be accepted.
