Would you like your herb garden to attract and increase pollinators? Herb gardeners know that blooming herbs attract bees and butterflies. Learn more about the flowering herbs like borage, bee balm, thyme, lavender, calendula, mint and more, to improve your pollinators habitat. 9:30 a.m. - Meet and Greet

Special speaker, Nancy Drobnick, will present "Culinary Herb Gardens for People and Pollinators." Nancy's presentation, will focus on designing an herb garden that provides beneficial culinary herbs for people while also helping our environment by providing beneficial food for our diverse pollinator population. Guests and members will view slides of the Western Reserve Herb Society Herb Garden and learn about the "how to do", "what to grow", and "what pollinators to expect".
Nancy is an international award-winning designer of unique gardens and garden structures and a member and officer of the Ohio Chapter of the Association of Professional Landscape Design. Nancy is also a Master Gardener, an herbalist and a member of Western Reserve Herb Society. Nancy has won many awards and her company, Miriam's River House Designs, was featured in Ohio Gardener magazine, and on the website "Houzz".
This meeting is free and open to the public. No reservations required. Bring your questions about herbs and pollinators. Be our guest for a traditional herbal buffet made by our members.
