A FOOD AND WINE PARING by Chef Jack White and Winemaker Chris Bratcher
Chris Bratcher is the owner of Bratcher Winery, an upscale boutique winery located in the Santa Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County, California. Chris is also the owner of Riverside Wines located in Chattanooga, TN.

Jack White worked for twenty years as a Hollywood food stylist for the film industry. You can see Jack's delectable creations in over eighty-five feature films including Hunger Games, Thor, Ironman, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Star Trek, August Osage County and many more.

Herb Day registration will be open to the general public beginning July 22, 2016. Please send in your registration for Herb Day as soon as possible.
