About Us: The Kentuckiana Herb Society(KHS) was formed in 1983 by a group of gardeners from Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky to further their study and share their knowledge of herbs.

Today KHS maintains three area gardens: The Bird and Butterfly Garden at the Falls of Ohio State Park in Clarksville, Indiana, and a Fragrance Garden at the Kentucky School for the Blind, Louisville, Kentucky.

The Kentuckiana Unit has two outstanding projects throughout the year. An educational Symposium is held each spring to educate and further the excitement of herbs. Each fall the Kentukiana Herb Society maintains an herbal booth at Chautauqua and Festival of Art, a juried Fine Arts and Crafts Show in Madison, Indiana during the fourth weekend of September.

KHS has monthly meetings which consist of herbal programs, hands on projects, workshops demonstrations and refreshments.
