Shipping and delivery options

·  Standard: Within the continental United States, you can expect delivery within 3-6 business days from our receipt of your order for in-stock items. If an item you order is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately advise you of when to expect delivery.

·  Express Service: Receive two-day or three-day express delivery anywhere in the United States. Two-day service: Delivery within two business days of your order for in-stock items. $13 additional charge per address. Three-day service: Delivery within three business days of your order for in-stock items. $8.50 additional charge per address Express service is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Merchandise/Publications/Garden Gallery items

You won't be charged for back-ordered items until they ship. If a product is not available, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone so that you have the opportunity to adapt your order. Certain large or bulky items, as noted for each product, require an additional charge to supplement shipping fees. For these specific items, Garden Gift Shop staff will contact you to collect the additional fee after your order is placed. The Herb Society of America accepts Visa and Master Card. To pay by check, please contact Customer Service. For all inquiries, including queries about express shipping, international shipping, returns or exchanges, or wholesale purchases of All-Region Guides, please contact Customer Service.

Return/Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund. Merchandise can be returned to HSA headquarters and may be shipped prepaid and insured to: 9019 Kirtland-Chardon Road, Kirtland, OH 44094 We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within three business days of ordering. If the item is already been shipped you may return the item(s) per the refund/return policy.

be completed via the online form

New Member welcome packages will be mailed within 3-6 business days via USPS priority shipping.
Renewal membership cards will be mailed within 3-6 business days via USPS.
